Newborn photography captures the raw beauty of new life. The first few weeks of raising a newborn fly by, before you know it they are two huge inches bigger, 150 grams heavier and have new physical features! Having these images to look back on will remind you of those precious first weeks that your life changed forever...

My newborn sessions are held in my cosy little studio in

Wrexham which has everything to make you and your new

baby feel comfortable. The best time for your baby to be photographed is between 5 and 14 days old, when

they are still very sleepy and easy to pose, so

please make sure you contact me during your

pregnancy.

I have a huge range of props, wraps, outfits, headbands and hats

so all you need to bring with you is your baby and plenty of milk. However, if you wish to bring something that is close to your

heart you are more than welcome. We will discuss the colours

and style of the pictures to make sure they meet your

expectations and fit your taste.

You’re more that welcome to have portraits with your baby as

are any siblings. For parents who come with baby’s older siblings,

I recommend making arrangements for them to arrive at the

beginning or towards the end of the session, otherwise they

may get a little bored, especially if they are toddlers! Do not

worry if you can’t make arrangements. A newborn session

will take up to 4 hours to complete. In this time we will

have a little chat and coffee as the baby is being prepared

for the session, we then spend time settling the baby and

go through different poses and set ups.

If the props and studio posing is not for you, alternatively we can schedule a lifestyle session in the comfort of your own home.
